We ask that all customers inspect all items upon delivery or receipt of goods. Once items have been accepted they are ineligible for return or refund.
In the event that a manufacturer defect is found within 48hrs of delivery, please contact us to discuss our exchange process.
Refunds requested on orders that have been placed, but have not been delivered, may incur a 20% restocking fee if the item was not in our inventory and had to be ordered from one of our distributors.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Mattresses, Special Order Items, Clearance, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Financed orders are not eligible for return.
